Access is free and revocable. Cheating, exploits, automated clients, attacks on the servers and abusive or unlawful player names are not permitted.

We may exclude players and delete entries where these rules are violated. There is no entitlement to a specific server, map or uptime.

Links lead to services operated by third parties (Discord, Telegram, Hugging Face, rootapp.gg, GitHub and the TribeWarez subdomains). Their terms and privacy policies apply there.

Availability

The services are provided free of charge and without any guarantee of availability. Maintenance, updates and outages may interrupt them.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this kind of service. This does not affect mandatory statutory liability.

Source code published by TribeWarez is licensed under the licence stated in the respective repository, for example Apache-2.0 for Nysiris. Unreal Tournament and other third-party marks remain the property of their owners.

Final provisions

German law applies. For consumers, the mandatory provisions of the country of residence remain unaffected. Should a clause be invalid, the rest remains in force.
